Another House

We're at it again, the real estate market is so crazy fast and very wicked. This one listed yesterday, and we'll look at it today and put an offer in if we like it (based on the pictures I kind of want to offer right now - click the picture for more). There's another one we'll also look at that doesn't have pictures up yet. It's less expensive and needs some work, so if it's a good space we'll probably opt for that one. We are totally up for investing some sweat into our equity!
